Delivery is provided via dump trailer within our service area (St. Augustine to Daytona Beach, FL). Delivery fees are flat-rate per trip and vary by zone. Access to the delivery location must be clear and suitable for a truck and trailer. Tropical Yards is not responsible for damage to surfaces not rated for heavy vehicle traffic.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tropical Yards provides plants and materials "as is." While we select healthy, quality plants, we cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery, as outcomes depend on planting conditions, care, weather, and soil. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
